Do you offer Property Photography?
​
Photography is not our major focus but we do have a photographer who is able to take professional interior images for upmarket properties. Ask for a quote

How long do you take to deliver edited videos?
​
We ask that you give us 72 hours to edit your video. In exceptional cases we can push for a 24 hour turn around time
​
What if the weather is bad?
​
Lighting is important but bad weather can be unpredictable and so we communicate with you and your needs and deadlines in order to setup the best filming conditions.

How do I get the video files?
​
We send you the video files by Google Drive or Dropbox.
​
I see you're based in Hermanus. Will you travel to Cape Town or other locations?
​
Although our studio is in Hermanus we will travel to any destination but will quote you on travel expenses.
​
How does payment work?
​
We accept EFT, PayPal & Cash payment. Full Payment is required before filming begins
​
Are you able to make adjustments to the video, like remove items or replace furniture pieces with special effects?
​
We do not do any CGI editing. We only make minor adjustments during video editing to present a professional video.
​
Can we have someone speaking during the video?
​
A voice over can be arranged at additional cost. You will need to provide the script before filming.
​
Do we own the video once you send it to us?
​
The videographer always owns the video but gives rights of usage for you to use as you wish.
