If your video requires us filming your product then yes, please send it to one of the closest shipping addresses we will provide you with. 

Please be sure to send us the tracking number once you have shipped the item.

Usually not. All items are donated to charity after a month of filming date. If you wish to receive your product back you must give us clear instructions of this before ordering your video and provide the waybill for return shipping from our filming location and not the address where you shipped the product.

Yes, we ensure that our videos comply with Amazon's seller, listing and advertising policies. If you should have any problems having your video accepted by Amazon please let us know and we will work together with you to make the necessary changes until your video is accepted. 

Yes we do. At an additional cost...as I am sure you can imagine - working with kids and animals requires additional time and patience

We are firm believers in offering quality content and to ensure that our created content is of a good standard we cannot rush through or cut corners to be able to offer discounts. Our prices are not negotiable.

We do need some information about your product before we can start such as the product's features

We make use of family and friends to keep costs down for you the buyer. But if you require a specific model or actor for your video we are able to scout and cast a model/actor at an additional cost. 

Yes you can. If you have a specific garment you would like the lifestyle model to wear or if your product requires food items, or any other prop - we are able to purchase this at your expense and include this in the video.

Yes you can. Please look at our Product video options and see that some options allow for different locations. But you can also make a special request for a location and if it is within easy travelling distance to our studios we will accommodate this.
